Carolann has been a member of ICF since 2016 and serving the community of Professional Coaches in Oman since 2023.
Carolann Philips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the talent development landscape as a behavioral skills trainer and an executive coach. She holds an ICF credential at the PCC level, along with credentials in multiple coaching methodologies, including, neuro linguistic programming, global leadership coaching, organizational development, and stakeholder centered coaching.
Currently serving the community of Professional Coaches in Oman as vice-president (2023), her vision is to champion excellence in coaching and cultivate a vibrant coaching community that empowers others to thrive and create meaningful impact.
Abdullah Alfahdi is a multifaceted professional with a wealth of experience spanning across various domains. Abdullah is ACC from the International Coach Federation (ICF) certified in 2022, a Technical Assessor certified by OPITO in 2018, and an Operation Training Simulator Trainer certification acquired in 2010.
With two decades of experience in Gas Processing, Refineries, and Petrochemical Operations, Abdullah has honed his expertise and taken on multifarious roles such as Simulation Trainer, Mentor, Assessor, and Capability Coach.
As a part of ICF Oman, he aims to foster meaningful relationships, collaborating with individuals and local organizations, all the while advocating the transformative power of coaching.
Ahsan has been a member of ICF since 2022 and has been serving the community of Professional Coaches in Oman since 2023.
Ahsan Jalal is a Management Consultant, Talent Management Expert and Coach.

Khalfan joined the ICF in 2021 and has since embraced counselling and coaching. Khalfan enjoys learning and self-improvement because it allows him to help others achieve personal growth and fulfilment.

Farzeen Ashik is a dynamic and talented Executive Coach, HR professional and Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in both Consulting, Corporate HR and HR Advisory roles in the Middle East. She is proficient in all areas of human resources with a passion for people development.
As a professional Coach, Farzeen works with mid to senior executives in various sectors across the world.
As Secretary and Treasurer , Farzeen hopes to support the ICF Board to achieve its goals. She would like to increase awareness of coaching in Oman, give opportunities for young professionals to experience the benefits of coaching and make a positive impact in the community in Oman. She would also like to make coaching a financially stable career alternative for practicing coaches in Oman.
Anjana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, vocational training, and business operations. As a certified coach, she applies a personalized and impactful approach to professional development, helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. Her expertise includes strategic partnerships, team leadership, and quality assurance, which she leverages to foster strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and multicultural teams. She excels at aligning organizational goals with emerging trends to drive transformative learning experiences and operational success.
As ICF Oman’s Education and Programming Chair, Anjana plans to promote coaching by creating platforms for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skill enhancement. Professional development initiatives, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and workshops that highlight the latest trends, tools, and techniques in coaching will take the centre-stage. Through her leadership, she aims to inspire coaches to deepen their impact, refine their methodologies, and expand their networks, fostering a thriving community of empowered coaching professionals

Her passion lies in empowering others to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.

Majida is a dedicated professional with extensive expertise in rehabilitation and disability, coupled with a deep commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive environments. Certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Majida is also a qualified Executive Coach and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC).
With a strong background in empowering individuals and advocating for accessibility and inclusivity, Majida has worked to break barriers and create meaningful change within diverse communities. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University, Majida is driven by a passion for leveraging coaching to enhance individual and organizational growth.

Bita Hajiebrahim Araghi, PhD, is an accomplished psychologist, health consultant, and coach with a passion for empowering individuals to develop self-connection, self-love, and a balanced lifestyle. She holds an ICF-accredited coaching certification (ACTP) and brings extensive expertise in psychodynamic approaches, emotional intelligence, and mind-body integration.
Bita is also certified to facilitate Group Relations and Decision-Making Workshops, equipping her with the skills to lead collaborative environments, strengthen team dynamics, and support professional development within communities.
Since being elected Membership Chair of the ICF Oman Chapter in 2024, Bita has been dedicated to fostering a strong and vibrant coaching community. Her vision is to strengthen professional connections, promote growth among coaches, and contribute to the positive impact of coaching in Oman.
