Coaching is a growing industry worldwide, but the share of MENA is only 2.8 % of the global coaching revenue, whereas the region accounts for almost 60% of world population.

The ICF Mena Coaching Conference to be held in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman on 18 and 19 October, 2023, intends to provide an engaging platform where individuals, organisations, and government entities collaborate with the coaching community, to exchange ideas, learn from each other, discuss areas of collaboration, and contribute to the growth, development, and evolution of coaching, which in turn will contribute to the economies of MENA region in general and to Oman Vision 2040in particular.
